Filaments is freely available. You can click on the links below to download a tarred, compressed version or a tarred, gzipped version. A README file explains how to install the package. You can also download the Filaments programmer's manual, which describes how to obtain and install a copy of the Filaments package and execute programs, specifies the Filaments API, and gives an overview of the internals.
