• Course Description : Weekly research seminar.
  
  
• Course Objectives : Students will read, analyze and present a research paper as part of the seminar.
  
  
• Topical Outline : The topics will vary according to student interest and faculty expertise.
  
  
• Conduct of the Course : Each registered student is expected to attend each weekly meeting, and is allowed one unexcused absence. Each registered student will give one 50 minute presentation on a research topic which will have been agreed upon in advance between the student and a faculty member. There also may be guest lectures, and shorter software demonstration talks by registered students.
