Lecturer Position in Computer Science

The Department of Computer Science at the University of Georgia invites applications for a full time non-tenure track lecturer position starting August 01, 2018.  The responsibilities of this position include teaching foundational courses in the undergraduate major and periodically teaching a senior/beginning graduate level course in his/her specialty. In addition, this position allows for opportunities to develop new undergraduate courses for our expanding program.

Research Day

The Department of Computer Science is going to organize its Annual Research Day of 2018 on Friday, April 13th at the Georgia Center, Kellogg Concourse, UGA from 4 pm to 6.30 pm. Research Day is marked by active participation from the graduate students of the Computer Science Department where they showcase their research to the eminent faculty and guests. Invited speakers from across the country share their work and findings with us. 

Tenure-Track Assistant Professor Position in Robotics

The Department of Computer Science at the University of Georgia invites applications for a tenure-track assistant professor position, starting August 2018. Applicants should hold a PhD in Computer Science or closely related field, have a strong research record, and be committed to excellence in both research and teaching. We are especially interested in hiring a candidate with a research background in any area of Robotics.
